Dr. Yarden Fanta
Dr. Yarden Fanta inspires audiences to overcome professional and personal challenges to help groups and organizations reach maximum potential. Dr. Fanta started life in a remote Ethiopian village as an illiterate girl herding her family’s sheep. Against all odds, she became the first Ethiopian woman to earn a PhD in Israel, and she completed her postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University. Her focus is the role of resiliency, the journey towards fulfillment and self-realization, and the steps audiences can take to achieve personal and professional success.
In her talks audiences learn how to cultivate their talents, skills, and passions, overcome weaknesses and reinforce strengths to gain a new sense of competence and emerge more energetic and determined.
Dr. Fanta’s talks include, but are not limited to, the following topics:
- Aim High: The Power of Vision to achieve personal and professional freedom
- Courage to Break Through – Resilience and personal and professional fulfillment
- Education and identity among Ethiopian immigrants in Israel.
- The State of Israel: Aliyah and multiculturalism.
